    I called Best Buy I was on hold for 25 minutes then someone answer and keep bouncing me from one department to answer overall time it took one hr and still didn’t get a straight answer. I went to the valley stream location they have the worse customer service

    My PS4 Pro broke and I was sent a replacement and that one was broken already upon receiving it. I have been trying to get help and talk with corporate but keep getting swept to the side with sweet talk as if you guys don't want to deal with a mistake you guys made.

    I was told “if you have issues with the controller bring it back and get a new one no questions asked exchange. That was far from the case and had to pay money for new exchange.

    Bought this protection for the Xbox 360 controller. If you sell the protection and the customer needs it at some point. It is always good to honor it. You gave us a hassle since you did not have the controller in stock.

    I purchased gsp on an open box item which was $25 off normal price.My elite controller failed at about 3 months I take it back and get charged the additional $25 to get it replaced. That is complete garbage.

    They recently jacked the price up by $10. It's also very difficult to get any information from them regarding how things work. I couldn't believe that the store was full of employees who had no idea how the store, and it's services, operated.

    So I ordered it online, never got the controller. Got it refunded. Got it instead on Amazon. Wasn’t able to purchase this plan on Amazon... So... yeah. No plan.

    I got store credit to replace my controller, however I wasn’t given the full price for what the controller was worth. I ended up paying out of pocket what the store.l credit was supposed to have covered.

    I bought this for the Nintendo switch Pokémon edition and they replaced it for normal refurbished Nintendo switch that also didn’t work!

    Read carefully on what this warranty covers and how it gets covered. It may sound good but is very misleading. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

    The warranty we bought, they could not honor. They gave us back money, but less than what you could buy it for. Warranty sucked!!!
