Geek Squad is great. They have helped us many times without any issues and very friendly. We are not very computer savvy and they make it very easy for us to get repairs and technical info.

OMG. Why wouldn't you get this. I get this on every device, and my only complaint is once in a blue moon, a device actually lasts a really long time...

So glad we bought this warranty. We had a couple of instances where the product failed and the warranty allowed us to get a free replacement. Great value.
