They are excellent. You don't have to deal with the manufacturer. If the product stops working bring it in and replace it or get a full credit to use at your store

Don’t make a mistake. The headset is a great product but you can never know what could happen to a headset. It’s food knowing I have them covered.

have a piece of mind with a replacement plan if you buy anything over $150-$200 get the plan for it worth that money
