The agents worked on my dryer as it wasn’t heating. It took a couple of long phone calls- on hold and several visits but it finally was repaired. The first agent did not appear competent; however, the second agent got things taken care of ASAP! Delay because of covid but it all worked out. Appointments were about a week out and took a total of 5-6 weeks for complete repair. One reason we went with Best Buy was for Geek Squad warranty. It’s a good warranty but the TIME for each step was too long. They need to work on that.

I don't know if this rating is for computer only or for appliance repairs, but the appliance repairs we had such problem to get it to fit right, the stove needs some work refrigerator took a long time that we have to buy another refrigerator one of the dryer machines we call to repair three times and the four-time they do not want to repair anymore. they never repaired right. for computer repairs in the store never could keep the time of appointment waiting take a long time. the day we want to use it. we when to the store, and took long time
