had a issue with a laptop after subscription expired, not very helpfull, store warranty left me with a bad taste in my mouth, it was like without the geek squad they would not tell if the warranty would or would not cover my issue..almost cornered into keeping the coverage in effect, it yes it was still under the factory warranty,

I have learned my lesson on geek squad. These guys are worth their weight in gold for their knowledge and being able to fix problems or replace. No questions asked. If it doesn't work, it's replaced.

people buy the Best buy warranties they're worth it especially if you compare the Verizon one for the phone to the Best buy version and it's so much easier dealing with them that is Verizon

Would recommend for any of the smaller accessories because you never know when something can happen, when wires decide to stop working ect. So it's piece of mind that when it does or if it does I'm good to go.

I like the replacement policy however you shouldn’t have to buy. New one again within the 2 years if you replace it.

I used this on an xbox elite controller that broke a year after purchase, walked in got a gift card for original amount, no questions asked! would HIGHLY recommend
