If you have the option to purchase a protection plan, do it! It's usually inexpensive, and it provides you with peace of mind, knowing your products are protected.

This is a must for all gamers. Headsets break all the time and protection policy has saved me from purchasing a brand new headset several times already.

My recommendation is to get the Geek Squad Services. It will save you a lot of headache to claim with the manufacturer. My Elite Control malfunction. I came and they exchanged without asking.

I’ve not needed this replacement plan yet, but I can say I’ve had many replacement plans on lots of things purchased from Best Buy and it’s always worth it. They give you little guff, you get your replacement and you move on with your day. I would recommend spending the extra money on a replacement plan every time!

I bought a panasonic plasma which blew up with a thunder/lightning storm. Tv was was replaced with a credit for the price i paid. I was able to upgrade to a 4k.

it is one of the greatest inventions because you never know if the remote will go bad or if it breaks or the battery will give out. this is one of the greatest ways to protect your items

I definitely recommend buying the protection plan. When my sons mic stopped working on his headset it was no problem. Brought them back to the store and they gave him a new set. No hassles!!!

I usually am not a big fan of purchasing a warranty.... think that's where "they get you".. but for little things( headsets, controllers).. Have to buy. It's going to break within 2 years!!!!!! Trust me
