I would not purchase a expense item and not have the warranty. I have used warranties on other items I have purchased and it has paid for itself.

Great service! never had to use it but just good to have and i have heard really great things about using this service with the GEEK SQUAD.

Had to use this for an XBOX controller replacement. Totally worth the money being that the Xbox controllers seem to malfunction rather quickly.

I have young kids so this is definitely worth it. I have been able to take my broken item back to the store and get almost full price I paid for it in store credit to get a new item.

Love Geek Squad protection plans. They come in so useful when something breaks all I have to do is bring the item back to my local best buy and exchange for a brand new one and pay for a new protection plan.

The GSP-Replacement plan on game controllers is a must for anyone who plans on using them regularly. Also would recommend to anyone who plays heavy handed and really smashes the buttons/ joysticks.

You really can't beat the warranty. I get it for PS4 headsets ea time. My son breaks them or gets rough over a yr and they get replaced ea time.

I would recommend just the extra precaution if your item is expensive. I've never had anything happen to my items so I don't know how well it gets fixed.

Was able to get my computer fixed. Just had to take it in to bustbuy and got it fixed quick.

2 year warranty if anything happens. Can bring it back and get the money back if something happens to it. Literally why not. Price is usually good as well.

We bought this in case we needed to replace the headphones we bought. We ended up having to use it. It was easy to do and we bought different ones.

My grandson's speaker on his Iphone was making a strange noise. We took it in and they blew air in it and it cleared the noise right away. They were great!
