Got it for my elite controller..glad I did since my controller was not working properly. Called best buy..they set an appt to go in. After a lil bit I was out the door with a new controller

Best Buy stands by their promise to replace or fix their products with their Geek Squad plans - highly recommend you buy with each item you buy,

its worth getting you take it back if they can't fix it they just replace it and if its in a time frame you even get your money back on the warranty.

Replaced our old Astro Headphones with the exact same pair. The wiring came out after one year, but best buy was awesome in replacing with no issue at all! My son loves these headphones!

I always say buy the product protection. I have use it and sometimes I have not needed it, but safe then sorry. Always a good investment.

I always buy the protection plan at Best Buy...I have never had any issue with them replacing anything.. they're truly the only place that honors protection plans!!! It's sooo worth it.

I have paid thousands of dollars for protection plans and never benefit from them once something happens, with bestbuy I didn't have any problems and they made it real easy.

This is great for my sons xbox controller. It breaks quickly and is needs replacing at lest once per year. It easy to use. Just need to take the product back and they replace it.

I won’t buy electronics anywhere else because of how easy and affordable the Geek Squad plan is! I can bring my broken product back and with no hassle get a replacement. Love it!

I am very satisfied with my GSP-R plan. It's so convienant for my schedule. If my Turtle Beach headphones stop working I can easily get a new pair within my warranty time frame.

Followed their policy to the TEEE, returned Xbox 1 controller due to a malfunction and was able return it for a full refund.. Thanks
