The best customer service. I told them what was wrong with the old ones and they looked up my purchase and said go pick new ones out. It was absoulety hassle free.

My earphones broke from so much use so I took them back and because I had a 2 year product replacement warranty on them I had no problems exchanging them for a new pair.

if you know you’re going to need it, get it! You never know if anything might go wrong and you have to spend more for something new.

So far, I have not had to use the geek squad for anything I've ever gotten from Best Buy. That includes the things I bought and didn't add the geek squad protection to them.

The process of replacing my item and using my warranty was excellent. Agent was helpful the whole process was easy to complete.

I bought the 2-year plan I thought it was a pretty good deal for 25 bucks so I still paid less by a few dollars for my purchase anyways so to purchase that was a no-brainer
