I’ve always been skeptical of buying extra insurance but it’s been a life savor for most products I buy for my son. Wouldn’t buy something without it now.

this 2 year warranty is very good and i like that best buy has this because i can easily replace my purchase if they brake

Got the protection plan through Best Buy as I know controllers can break over time. They replaced the controller with no issue at all,

I will recommend this product for any electronic, my experience has been good for anything faulty that needs to be replaced.

I wouldn't purchase an item without this, unless Best Buy didn't offer it on the item. It has saved my behind so many times!!!

Great protection plan. I use it for a xbox controller. When the buttons are going bad or other faulty things happen I can return it for a new controller!

if you know you’re going to need it, get it! You never know if anything might go wrong and you have to spend more for something new.

I’ve had geek squad protection going on 5 years. I game a lot. So I have gone through only 5 of these controllers, 1 was a lemon so I had to return it.

Always get the warranty. You can exchange for a new device if something was to happen to your device.

Buying a $150 Xbox One Elite controller was kind of a no brainer to buy a $20 2 year replacement plan. Any issues, they'll replace it. Much better than the old ADH plans.

Haven’t had to use it just yet thanks god. So we will see how they can help when the controller dies break or if it doesn’t work

My ps gold broke twice on me. They gave me a full refund after returning the 2nd one back. I will definitely buy more warranty on my items i believe needs it.
