I have used geek squad for a long time and they are good to have as backup in case the product is defective. Does not leave you spending more money on a new one after warranty.

Seeing how I have three nephews who enjoy to get their hands on everything they can, the 2 year protection will greatly help if they got a hold of my xbox and the controllers.

Purchasing the Geek Squad Protection is well worth it! Knowing that I can get a replacement, if needed, is very reassuring. It is definitely worth the piece of mind!

Great protection plan. I use it for a xbox controller. When the buttons are going bad or other faulty things happen I can return it for a new controller!

I’ve had geek squad protection going on 5 years. I game a lot. So I have gone through only 5 of these controllers, 1 was a lemon so I had to return it.

With young children and a dog, who likes to destroy, this is a must have. I now only purchase electronic devices at Best Buy so I can get the product replacement!

Worth spending the extra few dollars for the protection plan. You are able to get a replacement on your product within the 2 years.
