For the first time ever I caved in and bought this. It was only $11.00 and I figured there is a good chance by 10 year old son breaks these headphones!

I would not buy any electronic product without the 2 year replacement! I’ve had to use it in the past and Best Buy backs up the product and with a replacement.

We purchased the protection plan for my son's headphones. The metal jack disconnected from the cord. Thankfully we were able to get a replacement pair of our choice. The only thing that was disappointing was having to wait a week and a half for the replacement headphones to arrive. We would have loved to receive it sooner.

I have a rule of thumb: If I pay more than $200 for any electronics, I always purchase the extended warranty. Great piece of mind.

I purchased a headset with the warranty from bestbuy. When the headset broke I went back to the store for a replacement under the warranty, and it was quick and painless.

Geek Squad Protection is essential. They always help us through any issues we come across. I get this on almost all my electronics.

My son's PS4 left joystick controller started acting funny. I brought the item back to the store and presented the problem. They replaced the controller in a snap.

Last one was broke so luckily warranty replaced with new one. Never buy anything without warranty particularly if kids are using it
