Our first 2 controllers that came with Our ps4 stopped working. It was the R2 trigger on both. So we bought geek sqad protection for this controller.

If you’re getting anything from best buy that can come with Geek Squad protection...you must get it. Best buy has the greatest service dept.

The head phones broke with the first year. They gave me a new set and they gave me a NEW 2yr replacement plan for free since it was still under manufacturer warrenty!!!

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT If your covered product stops working, bring it in to us for a replacement. Because bad luck deserves good coverage.

Be sure to get insurance on anything you own and geek squad is something you don't have to worry about.
