This protection plan is a must and is very easy to use. just walk in to customer service and they will either replace or give a store credit for the item.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about geek squad product replacement. I have had to use it mulitple times and have never had one problem.

I really don't think this should be purchased separately to actually cover your butt in case the products you purchased fail, which most likely will.

Once again a good purchase as item failed and had to be replaced. Brought back to the store, not a problem.

best buy has the beat warranty hands down without a doubt if you have any kids & that break stuff pay a little extra to protect your items

Great Controller for the PlayStation needed a new one since we wore out the original and now with the added protection no worries for two years :)

If your going to buy a gaming controller . Then this is a must ,gaming controllers suffer from drifting .

This protection plan was well needed for my purchase because kids do not handle electronics very well and I am sure I won't be disappointed.

We do not buy a product without extra warranty for the geek squad. They are excellent and so easy to speak with.

Gaming products go bad pretty quickly. I’d always recommend this because my controllers break a lot. They just stop working for no reason

Bought this plan to protect my headset purchase. Luckily, haven't had to use it yet but it's nice to know if something breaks I will get a replacement.

This is so worth having they are so helpful keeps my computers up and running great for the entire family
