I was not a fan of warranty plans because usually not worth it. But since I started shopping at best buy years ago this is the only place I shop for electronics. And the replaced plans are affordable and easy to use if need be. Geek squads talks care of their people.

My thing is, why wouldn't you get protection for you belongings duhhh. No matter how careful YOU are, the inevitable will happen. All I'm saying is be prepared.

I've gotten this protection on other items I've purchase and they are great to work with. Easy fix or replace for a great price. Most of the time cheaper the manufacture extended warranties at a rate 2 or 3 to 1 and a lot simpler to deal with!!

I didn't need to use this when purchased with a wired headset, but it was good to know the coverage was there if needed. Especially in hindsight since the manufacturer of the headset has been spitting out poorer quality products the last few years.

The extra warranty program is the best choice I made. My Xbox headset has had issues and with the extra warranty I have been able to replace it with no problems and no extra out of pocket cost. I would definitely get the extra warranty with any electronic devices!!!

I love getting this protection plan because you never know if something is going to go wrong with the product. The plan allows you to do an exchange within the expiration date. It’s great to have this!

Best protection on the market. My elite 2 Xbox controller LB stop working. Glad I got the protection for this expensive controller simple and easy to get a Best Buy card to put towards a new controller

The clutchest of clutch of all protection plans. Usually no questions asked replacements as long as you have the device and it isn't mangled.

Haven't had to use the service for anything other than replacement. That was absolutely no hassle. It can get expensive to replace or repair some items so it is nice to have that reassurance.

If you purchase something expensive from Best Buy, then I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad protection. It covers you in the csae of accidental damage, which gives you a really great sense of security. This is especially true for those of you who have kids or pets.

As a customer it feels great when i need my items to be insured and therefore I always buy the geek squad protection. I always get my items replace when they no longer work or there are issues with the items.

This was bought for my daughter. She loves her coffee, but did not have a lot of time in the morning. After the first morning she used this, she messaged me and said it was one of the neat gifts I got her!!!

I'm a huge fan of the geek squad replacement option, because I tend to break stuff. Anytime I have these plans, I don't worry because Best Buy is always willing the repair or replace my items. Get these plans if you buy high end electronics for a worry-free product.

I always get geek squad coverage, especially on a pair of $300 gaming headset. I definitely recommend getting this anytime it available. It nice to only have to spend a little extra to get some reassurance that you want be paying whole face value for a new pair.

If you’re buying any electronica i.e. headphones on I would recommend you purchase a geek squad I had to replace my sons earphones headset within less than a year and I was able to get a brand new pair

I got this protection while giving a gift for my parents. This will give us the peace of mind that things will be taken care of if any problems should arise. Hopefully they will never need it!

If you purchase any items that wear out in time, such as video game controllers, your best bet is to get the warranty and only pay $20 for a replacement instead of paying the full price for the item itself.

I have to admit I was skeptical about buying the protection plan, but after having to use it I was totally convinced! Best buy honored and stood by their promise. The best part of it all was there was absolutely no hassle at all! Thanks Best Buy once again!
