I usually buy warranty for electronics that cost more than $50, because the quality is not always the best, so for an extra $10-$20, I could get warranty for two years incase if anything happens to the electronic. And geek squad replaces it with no issue !

I haven't had cause to use the protection plan on the gaming headset I purchased it with yet, but on several other items, including pricey game consoles, there has never been any fuss and replacement of covered items has always been prompt. Any item over $40-ish I will definitely be getting the protection plan with it.

I've rated it on another product but ill say again how great the extra insurance is.. I remember opting in for the insurance when I was only 17 (now 35) and I got a Phillips 's CD boom box and the CD part kept just not working.. And I exchanged it 3 times with no issues.. Now I get the insurance on all my sons electronics!

Geek squad protection is an amazing feature to have and you can't ever go wrong with it!! If you don't buy it with your expensive purchases eventually you will wish you would have take it from my last experiences....

Things happen, always get the product replacement ! They were great when my daughters headset decided to give up. Super nice and even helped me decide to upgrade to a better pair. Just paid the difference. (plus the replacement again,just in case)

Protect your investment! I love Best Buy warranties when your device or item does not work just bring it in they ether replace it, or give you a gift card to purchase another one. HASSLE FREE THE BEST PART

Although there wasn't any instore they got me in and out with new ones being sent directly to me delivery should be Thursday so less than 1 week very happy with the service but, just wasn't instructed on how to buy the 2 year warranty on the new ones

My playstation 3 remotes do not last very long, but with the 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement at least my investment lasts a bit longer. Have never had any issues with replacements and it is done right at Best Buy no third party calls and waiting.

The 2-Year geek squad replacement replaced my headset when a speaker went out. This saved me a couple hundred dollars on a new headset. Nice of Best Buy to actually stand by their replacement plan unlike some other companies.

I purchased this for a couple headphones, that was purchased for my son's. I have had to use this on both headphones at different times and it was very easy. With the ease of getting replacements for broken peices, I've purchased it on other items since.

Although I don't really think a product protection plan is needed on a new product I do buy them for some purchases. I have had excellent service when I need it and a product replaced when needed. For the price of the plan you can not go wrong for 2 years.

I bought some turtle beaches and wow they sucked......waited a while for them to see if they needed to just be broke in and they died on me eventually. Paying a small fee for this was alright so that I did not have to buy the whole thing again.

I always purchase a protection plan when purchasing all products if available. I have hardly ever had to use them, but when I have had to, Its saved me hundreds of dollars in replacement or repair cost. Best Buy has the best plans available, highly recommend you spend the little extra to protect your purchase, you never know.

I always get the product replacement from Best Buy. It's one of the main reasons to shop there. If it stops working or doesn't work anymore... you can bring it in and get a brand new one. Not just a refurbished one. It's also not that much for the price. Get it so you don't have to worry so much.

I always get the protection for electronic equipment I buy for my son and it has paid off. When something goes wrong they replace it. I would recommend it when you buy things for your kids, then you don't have to worry when it gets broken.

I'm sure everyone has heard mixed reviews on getting insurance on purchases. Standing at the register, in debate... DO IT! At least at Best Buy! I can vouch for them always coming through and honoring a warranty. I have had my fair share of problems w/ purchases and it is well worth the asking price to get the insurance. Trust.

The tricky thing about this warranty is that it only covers the first item purchased. To pay all this money for an extended warranty but if you have a problem and have to use it, the remaining term of the two years does not cover or apply to the replacement product. This really reduces the overall value of this warranty. It really is only an extended return policy. It is still worthwhile to purchase for certain products

bought my son turtle Beach headphones for gaming. They were great but wore out. If I didn't have the warranty, it would have been a loss. I would not buy turtle Beach headphones unless you buy the warranty. It was easy to exchange evrrytime.

Needed my Xbox Elite controller replaced due to my kid flushing all of my analog sticks down the toilet. Spoke to my local reps at the Coon Rapids location and it was a quick replacement. In and out within 15 minutes. I’d highly recommend their extended warranty through Geek Squad!
