We had to use it because the connector for the charger port on the controler went bad . Its not our fault a faulty charger port .. as its under warranty from the manufacturer but still had to purchase a new protection plan as it voided the original purchase plan becauee they exvhanged it . It should have been re issues as it was within the warranty time frame .
