Nice protection for peace of mind and not have to worry about the product breaking

So glad I purchased it, I was able to get a new headphone when my first one broke

This is very good. It was a very good price and I enjoyed it very much.

Great insurance if anything breaks or stops working

The replacement an is a great product however I did not like the fact that you pay for a 2 year plan however is only good for 1 replacement in the 2 years. If the product purchased becomes defective within the 2 years they will replace it however you would have pat for another replacement plan.

I hope never need it but at least you have a backup plan right.

You never know,always get the protection. I know head phones can get shirts or break beyond repair. GET THE SQUAD!

I have never had to get geek squad help so I don’t know what it’s about

I have purchased tuxedo warranties and geek squad for all of the computers I have gotten at BB...and I've had to use the services at least twice. I don't really recommend this because it is a huge hassle! Even with my paperwork in hand I have been told I don't have geek squad or a warranty! Really?! Then why do I have all the paperwork and am being prompted to write a review...SMH...

Haven’t had to use the warranty, so I can’t review it. But, I’ve had other warranties that were good.

The insurance was good but I had to pay a couple times because you did not have the correct item in stock.

Having this extra coverage is good, hopefully I won't have to use it.

I've been through a few headsets over the past few years, so the warranty was a no brainer. Happy I got it.
