No rating as I’m hoping not to have to use the 2 year protection plan.

They prorated my geek warrant and charge me again for defect

These headphones are loud and clear. They also come with a 2 year subscription to Dolby to make your gaming experience even better. Note: these are plug in headphones and not bluetooth headphones. I personal pick wired headphones as sometimes the bluetooth connection is lost during game play and thats bad! LOL I highly recommend these headphones!

Geek Squad replaces your failed products, no problem. Always nice to have a little insurance on the things you buy. You never know how long the product will last.

I would continue to buy warranty on all my electronics cause its just worth it.

I like having product protection, expecially for something that costs $100 and can be dropped, damaged, etc., in normal use, so I was glad to purchase the product replacement plan. I haven't had to use it, but it's nice to know I have it.

I buy this with every controller and headphones I buy for my child, they usually break within two year time

Would have given it a 5 but tried to use it for some headphones that broke (the plastic earpiece broke off) and was told that it didn't cover physical damage on headphones. They swapped them out for me anyway so long as I spent the same amou t or higher on new headphones, which is why my son now owns $250 ones instead of the 100 originals. So e sure to ask if the warranty covers physical damageso you're not shocked whenit doesn't
