We purchase the product replacements for many of our purchases, as long as it’s worth it. We’ve had to utilize our protection plan a couple of times. It was a quick and painless transaction.

I’ve not needed this replacement plan yet, but I can say I’ve had many replacement plans on lots of things purchased from Best Buy and it’s always worth it. They give you little guff, you get your replacement and you move on with your day. I would recommend spending the extra money on a replacement plan every time!
