I always purchase the warranty for all my Best Buy purchases...I am not questioning the quality but its better to enjoy products without worrying about it giving up on you.

I recommend everyone get this plan. My brother always rage quits game and the victim of it is his headset. Thanks to this plan I get it replaced without an issue.

Never are wrong about extra warranty thru Best Buy! They stand behind there work and products for replacement

I would not buy any electronic product without the 2 year replacement! I’ve had to use it in the past and Best Buy backs up the product and with a replacement.

For the first time ever I caved in and bought this. It was only $11.00 and I figured there is a good chance by 10 year old son breaks these headphones!

If you buy a phone from Best Buy I highly recommend their geek squad protection plan. It’s great coverage if you crack your screen or need your phone replaced.

We purchased the protection plan for my son's headphones. The metal jack disconnected from the cord. Thankfully we were able to get a replacement pair of our choice. The only thing that was disappointing was having to wait a week and a half for the replacement headphones to arrive. We would have loved to receive it sooner.
