I have used geek squad for a long time and they are good to have as backup in case the product is defective. Does not leave you spending more money on a new one after warranty.

Used for gaming headset just in case there was an issue, used the warranty and it was an easy experience

Last one was broke so luckily warranty replaced with new one. Never buy anything without warranty particularly if kids are using it
