I have used the geek squad protection plan before the transaction is smooth and the item is replaced in store if they have it in stock

Usually don't buy this insurance but with a costly headset this is great. Can bring headset in if it stops working for immediate replacement!

Haven’t had to use it but it make me feel safe that my product is protected and help is there if needed.

It is great that if something goes wrong woth your product you can return them to Beat Buy and get a new set. I do not have to send them to a company.

Always get it they have it for and hardware product. Easy to look up and exchange and replace if they have your item or get something equivalent.
