I’m so glad I got my 2 yr geek squad replacement plan! It’s so worth it. I had my gaming headphones for a year or so. They ended up braking so I called up Best Buy (even during this whole covid virus going on) and they still replaced it for free!!

This product was great but even more I feel like I paid a fair price for the product that’s always important to me. The quality and function of the device is always one thing I look for and this works great. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchased and would recommend this anyone.

I purchased this 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement protection on some recent purchases that were eligible. I can't say how great this coverage is and its also reasonably priced as well and provides great peace of mind on recent purchases.

I was extremely worried when my new Xbox controller began to drift. I took it into Best Buy and they quickly replaced my controller with no trouble! If you plan on purchasing electronics, the Geek Squad Product Replacement is a must have.

I haven't had an accident yet but it's nice to know that your covered on your tech. Especially when the only thing that you need to crack a screen is drop something from like three feet. I'm glad I got the Geek Squad service.

Geek Squad Protection provides great peace of mind, and really does cover almost everything. For what you can potentially get in return, the prices are definitely worth it. If you ask a cashier, they can usually explain the sliding scale of the prices; it's based on the price of the product you're purchasing.

I purchased a Nintendo mini a year and a half ago and earlier this year it stopped working. I brought it in with the receipt showing the protection plan purchased. No issues, they gave me my money back, because the didn't have anymorr in stock

If you have never purchased the protection plan with a gaming headphone set you are missing out. Eventually the quality of the sound will diminish or the foam around the ears will crack. With the protection plan you can take them back and get a new pair which makes the protection plan worth every penny.

I find the Geek Squad protection plans a great service. It is fair that the plans correlate to the purchase price. I love getting a great sale price and adding the protection plan. Well worth the money.

The geek squad protection plan is well worth the money. My toddler has ruined several of my components for my consoles and no questions asked bring the product in instant exchange in the store can't beat it. Don't chance it add it to your purchase

I have really appreciated Best Buys Extended Warranties and service plans over the years, and have definitely used them for a variety of different products. Sometimes patience is necessary when you need to wait for a replacement product, but it certainly beats the alternative of having a DOA product and no recourse.

Everytime i buy a item at bestbuy i always qet this plan at geek squad, so I don’t have to worry about of the product I purchased.. and it is very easy to deal with them when it comes to replacement.. I’m happy to this geek squad plan.

Geek squad protection is great. I like how easy they make it if you have use the protection. It is no nonsense and would recommend the plans for your purchases. Especially game controllers and headphones :)

Got this protection for cheap for my Elite controller during a promotional offer. Absolutely worth, if your controller breaks, you just bring it in and swap for a new one. Easy peezy.

This is worth the purchase especially if you have kids as they often break things. I highly recommend buying into an extended warranty on any electronic devices. I have always gotten my money worth and never had a problem returning any items.

I have bought Geek Squad protection on all my larger purchases. I have had to use it several times unfortunately...however the service has always been exceptional! Accidental or MFG wear both have been addressed with no concerns. Easy choice for me!

well worth it, i purchased a desktop computer and Geek Squad transferred everything from my 2 laptops to my desktop and cleaned up the desktop and got it ready to use. also used them for my dishwasher. Great service

Its always wise to get the insurance protection plan in case something happens.

I bough this replacement plan and so far I had no need to use it yet because the product works great however I hope I would never might need to use the replacement plan but if I ver do I’ll make sure to update this review if possible.
