Best protection plan. I always get the protection plan for peace of mind. And they are there if you need them.

Great policy as they replace the controllers without question which inevitable break eventually and likely in the 2 year window. Contract cost us high in my opinion given the price of the controller - about 1/3 of the controller cost but it is recommended.

I know I'm covered for two incase anything happens to my headset which is reassuring that I can swap out for a new one that day if something goes wrong with them!!

I almost always get the Replacment plan. I have had some random things stop working and much better to be out the replacment plan fee then to buy a new 350.00 headset.

This warranty came in handy. My boys are rough, so for the price i paid for the controller it was worth paying a couple extra dollars for the warranty.

Always buy this replacement warranty! I was able to trade in my old headset when the wire broke and all I had to do was pay for the new warranty. It saved me $70.

I haven't had to use this but I'm glad I have it because my kids are pretty hard on headphones. We usually lose sound on one side not long after purchase
