My Xbox elite controller is very comfortable and easy to handle. I like the paddle features. The Xbox elite controller can be programmed to have your own specific button layout and have the paddles correspond to any of the original buttons. One positive thing about purchasing this elite controller is the great customer service you receive from Best Buy. I recommend purchasing the two year warranty because the controller is expensive and will have some issues. One issue that I have encountered is that a button has malfunctioned on me. Best Buy will replace the controller and give you a new one. Awesome customer service. I recommend purchasing this elite controller from Best Buy.
