I got this two year protection for the Sony gold headphones just in case they crack like others have reviewed.

It makes me feel a little better that if the item is faulty or breaks after some use that I can return it and get a new one for a small fee(which I paid for when I buy the original item)

I bought this protection because me and my family always find a way to break a controller
