I typically skip out on protection plans, but bought this one for a controller that actually broke within the first couple months of owning and the replacement plan made it so easy to go in and get a brand new one within minutes.

My sons headphone broke, stopped working, on 2 different occasions, a year or so apart. We had the insurance, and replacing the headphones was seamless and very cost effective.

This is a must on all your items (when applied) I have used this multiple times on multiple different items and they have always been great. Just get it. You'll thank yourself later.

Geek squad replaced my ps4 controller within 3 minutes of me getting there amazing service!

I go all the time with any question I have and they always welling to answer and help me with my problems. I renewed for the 3rd time because I love their customer service.

I love the Geek Squad protection plan. I got it for my boyfriend because he plays ps4 religiously and he goes through controllers like water. At least I know I can get his controller replaced after he pulverizes it in less than 2 years lol.

Def recommend the protection plan. For $20 you get unlimited replacement for 2 years. Especially with the Xbox Elite Controller because it has SO MANY DEFECTS. I’m on number 3 and they were all brand new and sealed

1. they don't make things the way they used to.... 2. if you have to deal with the direct manufacturer... you might have to pay shipping cost.. which is what the warranty cost at bb. 3. might as well Murphy proof your purchase

If you’re spending all this money on tech gear you’ve saved up for its in your best interest to protect it. Manufacturers can make mistakes too. It’s worth the leave of mind.

This is the second controller I have had to have replaced. My partner is not that rough on the controllers yet they seem to break often. Using the plan is easy and hassle free and the associates are extremely helpful.
