    So since my controller was only 39.99 because of price matching i got the 2 year warranty way cheaper thank juat buying the controller alone. It was a win win

    From what I understand for 2 yrs they will fix or replace my product if anything goes wrong, hope I don't have to use it but I'm glad it's in place just in case

    I live in Hawaii. Made a purchase online for an xbox elite 2 controller. It's malfunctioning and I had also bought the 2 year replacement plan. I'm being told that I have to fly to the nearest Best Buy which in on another island to take the product back to exchange. First off, I already explained to the 4 reps I spoke to (than after a 2 hr and a half phone call got hung up on!) that flying to the other island can cost anywhere from $100-$300 just for a round trip. Plus! Since this covid 19 thing is happening, I'd have to quarantine for 2 weeks on Oahu. If Best Buy pays for all of that and my food expenses I'd gladly go but it seems like they want to rip people off instead. If so many other online stores can do a return online and exchange the products properly why can't you guys?! RIP OFF! Never getting anything from Best Buy again.

    I got this on the BB8 droid that I got my son. I have the piece of mind that it will be protected for 2 yrs. Price for 2yrs was not bad.

    Is it worth it?

    In the 1st year of plan, it's worth it. But when you get to the 2nd year of plan, its only worth so much. I used the small amount of credit towards buying another controller. I guess its better than not having anything at all, hence the 2 stars.

    My wife purchased this and we have not needed to cash it in fortunately. I suppose it is good to have if your product fails or is defective.

    This was another company that came out to install my tv and they didn’t look very professional to me. Only one guy seemed to know what he was doing halfway. The other guys were dressed like they came from the hood. I was afraid to go out of the room because they would steal something.
