I buy the Greek squad service on every electronic device I own, they have always taken great care of me even when I had to replace 2 different televisions.

For high priced tech gear that is doomed for wear and tear over the years. Especially headphones. This is a must have to insure your purchase is protected long term. And save you down the road

People, stop being cheap and pay for the protection. The peace of mind is worth it. AND BestBuy will jump through hoops to keep you happy, in the Albany location anyway...Never been disappointed!

I have learned my lesson on geek squad. These guys are worth their weight in gold for their knowledge and being able to fix problems or replace. No questions asked. If it doesn't work, it's replaced.
