    Does not cover invalid item numbers

    Best buy Protection plans works good unless the item you are trying to replace has had the 'item number' or 'SKU' changed. The protection plan was money wasted for headsets.

    Absolutely useless and hardcto use. Also cost to much. This should always be included with purchases made that may require help like this! This only for geeks

    This only applies if they still have the item you bought. If they dont sell it any longer you only get in store credit.

    Geek squad is expensive I have never needed to use them yet. Didn’t know I purchased it for this product tbh

    I told them to renew my plan for another two years and they never did. I always buy insurance on my products.

We did stop our renewal option on our product protection plans a while back. So our associates would have been unable to renew the protection.     Aww!!! I can say is horrible went tried get my a50 replaced and they say they discontinued them and wanted to give me cheaper headphones

    It is not worth it for a controller unless you want a one time replacement and no continuance of the warranty.
