So far, I have not had to use the geek squad for anything I've ever gotten from Best Buy. That includes the things I bought and didn't add the geek squad protection to them.

this 2 year warranty is very good and i like that best buy has this because i can easily replace my purchase if they brake

My earphones broke from so much use so I took them back and because I had a 2 year product replacement warranty on them I had no problems exchanging them for a new pair.

This plant has save me countless times I wouldn't recommend buying any kind of electronics without getting it it's simple you go to the store and they just replace it !

I bought the 2-year plan I thought it was a pretty good deal for 25 bucks so I still paid less by a few dollars for my purchase anyways so to purchase that was a no-brainer
