    I have purchase at least 3 two year warranty replacements for headsets purchased . We kept having issues with the headsets and when I took them back to Best Buy, they did an exchange but I had to purchase a new warranty for the exchanged headset. I don't really recommend their warranties but you have no choice but to purchase one with the quality of workmanship in items anymore.

    Teenagers are rough on items like game controller and headsets so we always go ahead and get coverage for these type items. Typically get our money back with worry free exchanges
