Controller worked very good. Had great grip. Unfortunately it got stick drift.

They managed to exchange my broken Headset with a New One.

I really like their services. They are not very expensive and it is always recommended to have this type of plans, just in case something goes wrong with your electronic products and you end up having to a lot more to fix or replace!

I bought this for the Xbox Elite. Normally I do not purchase warranties. However, this controller wasn't cheap. Unfortunately the grip started to fall off within the first year and they took care it no hassle.

After investing $160 on the elite controller, you must have the additional protection in case some thing goes wrong. FREE REPLACEMENT!

one of the side pieces broke off and because i had bought extra warranty they just replaced the headphones no questions asked

I didn't want to spend more than $100 for a wireless headset to use at work, so this was the go-to choice for me.

I haven't used one yet, but its good to know that you can walk in with the broken item and walk out with a new one.
