people buy the Best buy warranties they're worth it especially if you compare the Verizon one for the phone to the Best buy version and it's so much easier dealing with them that is Verizon

I have used the protection program before with other products and found it to be a good investment! Hope I don’t have to use it with my recent purchase.

I don't usually buy protection, but for this piece of PC electronics I went ahead just for peace of mind. Not expensive for what I got, so totally works!

Would recommend for any of the smaller accessories because you never know when something can happen, when wires decide to stop working ect. So it's piece of mind that when it does or if it does I'm good to go.

I got the extended warranty (Insurance) for my son’s Rig’s 800lx headset. It’s a must have since he games every day and there are built in components that are non removable (i.e. battery).

This is a must for all gamers. Headsets break all the time and protection policy has saved me from purchasing a brand new headset several times already.

They give you little guff, you get your replacement and you move on with your day. I would recommend spending the extra money on a replacement plan every time!
