I’ve always been skeptical of buying extra insurance but it’s been a life savor for most products I buy for my son. Wouldn’t buy something without it now.

Worth spending the extra few dollars for the protection plan. You are able to get a replacement on your product within the 2 years.

You need that protection because you know your going to throw your headset when you get one pumped to the face after lighting a guy up with a tactical shotgun.

Haven’t had to use it just yet thanks god. So we will see how they can help when the controller dies break or if it doesn’t work

you have to get smart and get a bby warranty anytime you buy anything nowadays in the event you have a problem they even have accidental damage or breaking which is a great thing

Great protection plan. I use it for a xbox controller. When the buttons are going bad or other faulty things happen I can return it for a new controller!

I’ve had geek squad protection going on 5 years. I game a lot. So I have gone through only 5 of these controllers, 1 was a lemon so I had to return it.

Seeing how I have three nephews who enjoy to get their hands on everything they can, the 2 year protection will greatly help if they got a hold of my xbox and the controllers.
