headphones break....a lot....and easily...I'm glad to have bought Best Buy's protection for them because I know that breathing the wrong way will probably short a wire and lead to catastrophic failure of the $150 pair of headphones I just bought. Think of it as very cheap insurance.

I purchased a two year protection plan and so far have not had to use it but it is comforting to know I have it incase I would have to.

If this warranty is like the others Best Buy provides it is well worth the money. If anything happens I can call and know I will be taken care of!

Geek squad protection is a must. They replace what ever I purchase with no questions. What else would you want. Buy it it's worth it.
