Love that when my items are no good i can use this to replace it for a new item

Great product overall my family loves it we use it everyday and for the price not to bad.

Glad to have geek squad protection, much easier to deal with than the manufacturers.

If you heavily use a best buy product (headphones for example), do yourself a favor and buy the protection plan.

They replaced my wireless Boss headphones without a hassle. The were becoming un-glued and they swapped them out quick.

I would recommend getting this on 200 and under electronics. At that price point, it's worth it.
