Almost 2 years and my speaker would not charge. I had best buy protection....got a refund and purchased a new speaker

Waiting for something to break, but I'm not sure exactly what really. I can't for the life of me remember what I purchased the protection plan on. I'm half way tempted to start breaking stuff and taking it back to the Geek Squad to see if they'd fix it, but that might not be in my best interests. OK, so like any other type of insurance, you pretty much hope you never have to use it. I feel like a sucker - but it's not the Geek Squad's fault, or Best Buy's fault... it's more like my fault for making major electronics purchases while drunk.

Always buy the extra 2 year warranty, not a lot of money but worth it in long run.

This plan is excellent for providing peace of mind for protecting your investment.

I LOVE BEST BUY! The warranty is awesome. I had my headphones for about 14months and they replaced it with no questions asked.

I have never had to use the warranty which is great to have just in case.

Haven’t had to use it yet. But it is comforting to know it’s there if needed.

It’s always good to have insurance. Hopefully I won’t have to us it, though.
