It is always a great thing to use Best Buy's Geek Squad protection plan, and I highly recommend it.

Pros: No wires, very comfortable fit around the neck, like that it has retractable earbuds, the sound and clarity of music is great. Cons: very little bass, and it sometimes picks up back ground noise. I would recommend this product to a friend.
