hope that I never need to use the plan, but, its good to be protected.

Had issue with my Fitbit not connecting to blue tooth geek squad immediately switched it out for a new one.

Haven't used this yet, but with the recent issues I have had with my purchase, I may be using this soon.

My headphones broke and all i needed to do was bring them in. No questions asked. Great service
