The protection plan on headphones is worth the price.

Product is good and have ordered many items from Best Buy. The customer service is excellent.

With expensive electronics, it's always worth the money to buy the geek squad warranty. I have had to replace several over the years.

If you think that this is just a way for Best Buy to get more money out of you then you are exactly right! The thing is that that is okay, it is, after all of the fuss, a service and it should cost something. All I can say is that I have never had to use it and that is good for all of us! If you don't want to spend more money up front, then don't but if your item is a bit costly, the up front cost difference may pay off in the long run!

Works great no issues and battery last long. The bass sounds perfect. Tried on the beats and by far these headphones sounded way better than them.
