no need to purchase this, sometimes it cheaper to just buy another item.

I bought the service but I still haven't used it so I can't say anything.

Haven't needed it yet, but it was cheap. I'm sure if I do need it then it will be worth the few extra bucks

When you get this you end up not needing it. When you don’t you end up regretting that decision.

Although the product is pretty sturdy, I thought it would be good idea to get the plan as well.

great to buy for everyday wear and tear, will cover broken damaged headphones. will be replaced with new ones.

I didn't want to purchase this, but because the 1st set of earbuds were defected, felt I had to.

Everything I've bought has lasted me a long time. There really isn't a reason I should buy it.

not needed on certain products, would recommend for an android tablet. Those products seem to break easily.

You cannot deal with them in person due to the COVID-19 situation.
