I tend to use this plan a lot for my head phones being wear tear by 2 years is over your product is probably broke n can be replaced.

If you're buying a tech that cost over $100 you should get a warranty because if it breaks down you can have it replaced other than paying a lot for another again!

Anything over $100 is a must to add to your product. You can exchange or return your product hassle free. Thank you Best Buy for the amazing customer service.
