Though I have not had to use my GeekSquad protection on this purchase, I have learned that it is always wise to purchase it. Geek Squad takes care of any and all problems with electronics.

2 product have gone out on me in the first year and I was given back the full payment along with the insurance cost. Don't think I was suppose to get the insurance back but oh well

Definitely worth the cost. Always buy the protection on electronics. They will exchange products for up to 2 years.

This was a service I was sure I could find at Best Buy, my favorite place to shop. The geek squad is so knows everything that I dont.

I love the replacement plan, I have this on everything is the best, plus they do not complain for everything and is so easy and good price

got this on my UEMEGABOOM, good thing because i didnt seal the charger port and it got water compromised for my fault. took it to a best buy store, walked out with a new one that same day.

Return my headphones no questions asked they got me a new pair and I'm very happy with the service and accommodations at they made with no questions asked very pleasant to deal with

Geek squad warranties come through in a pinch. I swear by them! Generally always buy with something that will receive heavy use.

Great add on for peace of mind. I have not had to use it, but I know Best Buy has great customer service for when or if anything happens

Iam usually not a fan of service agreements due to the fact that i usually only buy quality products. Truth be told...nothing is perfect except for the service agreement BestBuy offers!!!

Always good to purchase the geek squad insurance in case any goes wrong with the products in the future. Can get replacement if broken.

Must get, especially on headphones. I've used this on my last pair that went out on me and got the same exact pair because I loved them that much.

Cant beat a $20 replacement for two years warranty. I have went through multiple sets a year from sweat while I run and it was a no brainer for 20 buck replacement for 2 years!!!!

So far so good. I like being able to take most my electronics in to Geek Squad if they fail in a less than reasonable amount of time and getting a brand new replacement. I just wish you could use it on all products such as notorious apple chargers that are made to break... 4/5

I've had devices in the past have issues so you can never have too much extra security. Haven't had to use it yet but it's here if I need it.

Getting the geek squad protection plan on my electronics is always a must. So worth it to have peace of mind on your protection.

Love my warranties. At first you think why but when you exchange them out for new ones once they mess up you feel 100xs better

Best purchase I’ve ever made! Esp since I am not tech savvy! I’m constantly being in our computers to get fixed. It’s worth every penny!!
