I love The Geek Squad protection that Best Buy offers I have a high turnover rate with Bluetooth earpiece devices so it's great that they can guarantee replacement

Purchased warranty through best buy for insignia bluetooth headset. Warranty will replace product for free if anything goes wrong. $5 bucks is not a bad deal for a $50 dollar headset.

I was reluctant at first to buy a replacement plan on earbuds but happy that I did because one of the buds broke & I was able to replace them at no cost under the replacement plan.

All of these headphones always break the connection at the base within a year so these warranties are worth their weight in gold! I always buy them and always end up using them.

Great little speaker with outstanding sound quality for its tiny size. Every controls works well and it looks good too.

After returning the first one (hence the 4 stars) because it wouldn't connect to my device...the second one I got works great! Has awesome sound and is really durable, I've dropped it a few times on accident. I haven't gotten it really wet, it has been splashed by water, while I was washing my dog...but not super wet and it still works like new.
