After returning the first one (hence the 4 stars) because it wouldn't connect to my device...the second one I got works great! Has awesome sound and is really durable, I've dropped it a few times on accident. I haven't gotten it really wet, it has been splashed by water, while I was washing my dog...but not super wet and it still works like new.

its good, best buy takes care of you if you had purchased with the replacement plan and something happened to your item.

Ive used Best Buy's product replacement one time but it was for a very expensive item so it turned out to really help a lot. I now get it with every purchase it's offered for.

I like to take this protection for my earphones as I get a chance to replace the earphones if they are having any issues.
