Whenever i make a sizable purchase from best buy i get a protection plan when possible. It makes for a simple transaction when youre frustrated over broken/non working electronics.

it is always good to put warranty on your products. if something goes wrong you take it back and Geek Squad gives you a new product

The product eventually stopped working and so we took it to bestbuy with the 2-year product replacement plan and were able to get a new, working product. There was a little bit of confusion at first seeing that the product was no longer sold by best buy, but bestbuy made it right by us.
