Best warranty policy. I've had issues with the product, but best buy is always fast and easy with replacements.

The Geek Squad Product Replacement came in handy when my headphones stopped working. It covered enough to pay for another headphone without any money out of my pocket.

My son purchased these after issues with other brands. He loves them and the fact that they are wireless. Because they are wireless, they do need to be charged.

I thought the two year replacement and it was great To have when my headphones broke because of an accident my son had. Recommend you buy this replacement plan.
