Geek squad are always helpful and have what i need

I always buy the geek squad protection plan, because I want peace of mind. I had to use it a few times. Perfect to have.

Fortunately, I haven't had to use this yes. I'm skeptical as it may require me to have to use it by speaking on it.

Always get the extra support and protection. You will need it at some point. They know it. That's why they sell it.

Best Buy provides a good warranty, if any thing happens to the product within reason, not abuse or intentional destruction the warranty is honored without question.

I was skeptical about purchasing the insurance but 10 months later one of the sides of the headphones stopped working and I got a brand new pair without any trouble!

The geek squad protection is the best thing. They will totally replace the product if it malfunctions. If they don't have the same one you can get a newer version.
