So glad I purchased this, needed it in a product with in 3 months and for money back and exchange with no hassle.

I havn't had to use the service since the original product I bought this for has lasted it. I wont give it a bad rating for its reputation, but I wont give it unearned praise. I dont personally prefer Geek Squad, but if you need it you need it I guess

Getting the warranty was a no brainer. I use my headphones a lot and if they fail I can bring them back within the warranty period fore repair and or replacement.

Always buy the protection plan. Electronics always break, but bestbuy makes it painless to swap out or get a replacement.

The earbuds have worked fine since I purchased them and have not needed to use the extended warranty. I assume that Best Buy would fix/replace the earbuds, but I haven't crossed that bridge yet.

Must have with any headphone purchase! I've swapped mine out multiple times because sweating in the gym messing them up, and I've never been given a hard time.

I have purchased this for many of my products and it has been wonderful to have. Have actually used it many times. Have had several products replaced, hassle free.

The clarity of the speakers were great. Also the Best Buy representative took his time to help me and had the patience and knowledge about eat product.

I’ve replaced my earbuds 4 times with this plan. The not problem is that after a certain time you have to mail the warranties item to the manufacturer.

Extended warranty's can be a hassle, but not Geek Squad. When my Tones started to fail I was able to exchange them for a new pair and I did repurchase this warranty

Although I wouldn't purchase this with every purchase I Nantes at best buy, for fragile or things easily lost I think this is a great service.

Because earbud wires are thin, and these are good earbuds, I thought it was a good idea to get an extended warranty. I hope I never have to use it, but these are good buds.

I always recommend a protection plan for pricier items. It gives you peace of mind in the event something unexpected happens.

Geek Squad protection plans are the best way to protect your investment no matter what the product.

this is a great option to insure against loss. have needed thison different items in the past and nice to be able to replace damaged items against total loss

JBL protection plan is awesome, I’m glad I got it. They we’re easily replaceable in-store

Love the geek squad warranty for my headphones! Even for my little cheap 6 dollar pair, it beats having to pay full price, if anything happens to it

I like geek squad product replacement. I purchase one ear buds every couple months, now I will be able to replace it and rrenew the replacement plan.

I typically don't buy these plans. Bought this one considering that it could be dropped, and wasn't too expensive. Very happy with the product, so I'm glad I did so.
