Every time I purchase something that’s expensive I’ll make sure I get the protection by geek squad. This protection takes care of me when something happens to my product.

The Geek Squad warranty is amazing. Several years ago, I was able to use it on a 4yr 11 mo. LG dryer. Best Buy honored the warranty and delivered a brand new LG dryer. The wife was estatic, to say the least. Great program!

The 2 years replacement policy is an excellent customer satisfaction policy. Paying for an extended warranty is not as bad as coming up with the whole amount of purchase money at once, when your product is no longer working.

I had a set of headphones that became unusable within the warranty period. I was able to take them in and have them upgraded to a better product without issue!

So happy that I had my warranty because my item just stopped working one day, and thanks to my warranty there was a newer model I was given. This one is completely water proof and everyhing that was updated makes it so much better.

I would always recommend the Best Buy warranty, because things happen and I would get the longest one possible, it will pay out in spades. These things are somewhat fragile and can be finicky. warranties are awesome at BEST BUY.

We always purchase Geek Squad warrantee through Best Buy. The coverage on your item is guaranteed if they cant fix it they will replace it or if they no longer carry the item they will replace it with the next best thing.

I had never used any Bluetooth ear buds before so I don't really have anything to compare them too and that's OK. I've never had a problem and actually really love this item. I go to the gym with them and everything. Highly recommended

I purchase a two-year contract with Geek Squad for my earphones so far so good it's great protection for my earphone so if I have any problems I can take that and they will give me another pair I'll let me select something else

It’s always nice to have warranty on appliances you never used before. Apparently I have used very little because I don’t remember which appliance i got the warranty on

I think it is good insurance to buy a warranty from Best Buy because they replace your broken equipment with a new unit. You never know what could happen to your equipment.

I love that Best Buy offers this. This really makes me feel like they want to be there for the life of the product. It makes my buying purchase decision alot more easier. The claims process is hasslefree as well!

I HIGHLY SUGGEST for everyone to purchase the two year protection plan. Ive replaced 3 of my ear phones and only had to pay 20 dollars for 100 dollar plus ear phones.

I usually never get warranties, but this was perfect. I had a problem with a product after 5 months and the process was easy as can be. Just make sure you bring the recipes or link it to your Best Buy account at the time of purchase
